Dinner: Chez Boulay – Bistro Boreal owned by Chef Arnaud Marchand and Chef Jean-Luc Boulay. Menu inspired by Nordic Cuisine from the vast wilderness of Northern Canada highlighting the richness of the produce from Quebec. |

Take the funicular from Upper Old Town to Lower Old Town into the Petit-Champlain District. |
